A Self-Love Journey

AN ONLINE COURSE SPREAD OVER 4 WEEKS WITH 2 LIVE CALLS

START NOW

  • Find the places where you are wounded

  • Find some peace and inner calm

  • Release negative patterns and beliefs

  • Become friends with your inner critic

  • Set some healthy boundaries for life

The inner critic can often feel like a relentless voice that undermines our confidence and self-worth. Recognising this voice is the first step toward taming it. By understanding its origins and acknowledging its presence, we can learn to challenge its negativity and replace it with self-compassion. Remember, it’s possible to turn this critic into a supportive friend on your journey to personal growth.

How does it work

Once you enroll, be invited to join a Facebook Messenger chat where I'll share important updates. We'll have our first call to introduce ourselves, go over the course basics, and address any questions you may. The course consists of four reading modules, each accompanied practical homework and a question sheet for submission. I will release one module per week, and you'll need to complete the assignments as indicated. You'll also have access to me via the private Facebook group for support at any time., we'll schedule a concluding call to discuss any topics that arose during the, answer your questions, and wrap up everything.
