I love crafting retreats; they're fantastic for fostering meaningful connections while unwinding and revitalising amidst stunning tropical locales, which, to me, is pure bliss. they are great at connecting me with others in a meaningful way whilst relaxing and rejuvenating.


During 'The Holistic Pulsing Retreat' you will embark on a transformative experience with our 2-day Holistic Pulsing  Workshop followed by 4 days of blissful relaxation, a bit of adventure and of course don't forget some wonderful pampering. Our retreat is designed to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit, leaving you feeling refreshed and invigorated.

During the workshop, you'll delve into the practice of Holistic Pulsing, a gentle yet powerful bodywork technique that encourages deep relaxation and release of tension. Led by Michell, you'll learn how to connect with your body's natural rhythms and unlock its innate ability to heal.


"I came across Holistic Pulsing over 20 years ago when I had been diagnosed with Ross River Virus, Epstein Barr Virus and Cytomegalovirus, leaving my immune system struggling and effectively working against itself.

With the help of Holistic Pulsing and many other approaches, I eventually got well. It took me many many years before I felt alive again.  


I went to every workshop I could and just absorbed the energy, I loved it so much that I went on to become a practitioner and teacher. It's a beautiful, gentle healing modality that creates the most powerful release in people. I've never met anyone who didn't love it.


                               So combining 3 of my loves, Holistic Pulsing, Pamper Retreats and Bali, I've created




I fell in love with Nusa Lembongan the moment I stepped off the fastboat and into the crystal clear water and pure white sand which is why I've chosen it as our venue. Everything about this island says relaxation. We will be staying right on the beach at Villa Kainalu- a stunning, unique 2-story 5-bedroom house (Airbnb).


SO...... that means limited spots. If you are a couple and wish to come there are lovely queen rooms to accommodate you. There is one twin bedroom which could be shared with a friend.

During our adventure experience, we will do a 1/2 day tour of the island on golf buggies.


We take our time stopping here and there for a swim or a coffee then lunch and come full circle around this beautiful little island. We stop at Dream Beach and Devils Tear blowhole, the last time I was there, there were turtles, big turtles surfacing right below me in the blowhole area, maybe 8 to 10 of them just coming up for breaths then diving back under AMAZING


We will spend half a day out on the water first swimming with Manta which is a mindblowing experience in itself. We then snorkel over beautiful coral reefs with abundant fish and marine life off Lembongan mangroves. 

One day is spent indulging ourselves with total pampering - luxurious body treatments, wonderfully relaxing massages and foot reflexology. 

We will add some magic and ritual to our time together to create a sacred special place where we can connect and share. We will share sunset drinks at one of the beautiful cafes along the beach or you may prefer to be on your own, You will decide and anything is OK. You will have time to just lay around and read a book, go beachcombing, and explore on foot around our area. 

if you've never travelled or are not confident this is a perfect retreat for you as I will be there to hold your hand all the way, i have been to Lembongan Island maybe 10 or so times and lived in Bali for 3 years.  All the activities in the retreat are arranged for you with nothing to do but turn up.
